Acted for a Malaysian public listed company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in the acquisition of land in Melaka at a price of RM26 Million.
4. RM1.2B Joint Development Project
Acted for a Malaysian public listed company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in a joint development construction project valued at RM1.2 Billion.
5. RM13M Acquisition of Private College
Acted for a Malaysian public listed company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in the acquisition of a private college at a price of RM13 Million.

Acted for a Malaysia cooperative in leasing a palm oil mill plant in Kuala Kangsar, Perak, Malaysia.
